In order to complete all your check-in and baggage procedures, you must be at the airport at least 1 hour in advance. Check-in at the airport ends 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. All the passengers that have not completed their baggage and check-in transactions until that time will lose all their rights regarding that particular flight. For our passenger that are not by the door of the aircraft by the time indicated on the boarding card, even if they checked-in via the internet have printed their boarding cards, they will lose all their rights regarding that particular flight.
Online check-in is a service that lets the customers with pre-purchased tickets to process their check-in transactions before they arrive at the airport, chooses their seats and print their boarding cards belonging to the relative flight. Online check-in begins 24 hours prior to the flight departure and continues until 120 minutes is left for the flight. Online check-in can be done on all SKY Airline flights. The passengers that are not at the boarding gate 20 minutes prior to flight departure time, even if they checked-in online and printed their boarding passes from the internet, they will not be allowed to board the aircraft and lose all their rights regarding that particular flight.
Group reservations are for 9 people and above and for the numbers more than this will not be allowed to make a purchase. The group reservations must be made after the confirmation is received from the SKY Airlines group reservations department. If there is more than one passenger on the same reservation record, the check-in procedures of all the passengers can be done by one of the passengers
